Booking & Confirmation
- Inquiries can be made via email, phone, or the contact form.
- I will confirm availability promptly. A contract is only concluded upon my written confirmation.
- Agreements regarding performance times, location, setup times, and special requests will be recorded in writing.
- Payment Terms
The remaining amount is to be paid within 30 days of the invoice date.
In the event of late payment, statutory default interest and reminder fees may be charged.
3. Withdrawal & Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in text form (e.g., e-mail). Up to 30 days before the event date, the deposit will be fully refunded. For cancellations made within 30 days before the event, the deposit will be retained as a lump-sum compensation for expenses. Already incurred, verifiable third-party costs (e.g., transport, rental equipment) may be additionally payable.
4. Date Changes
In the event of a postponement of the event date, I will check whether I can take on the new date. If I am prevented from attending on the new date, the deposit will be refunded; no further claims exist.
5. Technology, Setup & Power
I standardly bring my own DJ equipment. The use of existing equipment on site is possible by arrangement. The organiser ensures an adequate power supply (including fusing/protection) and a weather-protected setup location. Accesses, loading zones, and parking options must be organised in advance.
6. Liability
I assume no liability for personal injury or property damage caused by guests or third parties. I am liable for my own equipment within the scope of legal provisions; force majeure (e.g., power failure, severe weather) is excluded.
7. Replacement DJ / Cancellation
In the event of absence due to illness or accident, I will endeavour to find an equivalent replacement DJ. If no replacement is available, the deposit will be fully refunded.
8. Copyrights & Licenses
Music played is subject to copyright. Any GEMA/AKM or licence fees shall be borne by the organiser (if applicable).
9. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of handling the booking. Details can be found in the privacy policy. Please address inquiries regarding data processing to the contact details provided above.
10. Final Provisions
Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is – to the extent permissible – [your place of jurisdiction]. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected (Severability Clause).
