Thank you for your interest in my DJ booking service! At my company, I stand for quality and special musical moments that will make your event unique. To ensure that everything runs smoothly, I would like to inform you of my General Terms and Conditions (GTC). Please read them carefully as they form the basis for our cooperation.
Booking request and confirmation
- You can contact me by email, phone or inquire.
- I will inform you about my availability as soon as possible.
- The booking is only binding after written confirmation by me.
terms of payment
- You must pay a deposit of 30% of the agreed fee when booking.
- The remaining amount must be paid in cash or by bank transfer on the day of the event at the latest.
Cancellation and Withdrawal
- A cancellation of the booking must be made in writing.
- If you cancel up to 30 days before the event date, I will give you a full refund of the deposit.
- If you cancel within 30 days of the event date, I will keep the deposit as compensation.
Event Date Changes
- If the date of the event changes, I will try to keep the new date by arrangement.
- If I am not available on the new date, the deposit will be refunded.
equipment and technology
- I bring my own DJ gear and tech.
- However, it would be helpful if the mixing desk and boxes are available at the venue.
- The organizer is responsible for the provision of an adequate power supply on site.
liability and insurance
- I am not liable for personal injury or property damage caused by guests or third parties during the event.
Substitute DJ
- Should I be absent as a DJ, I will endeavor to provide an acceptable replacement DJ.
- If this is not possible, I will refund you the deposit paid.
Use of Music and Copyright
- The music played during the event is protected by copyright.
- The organizer is obliged to clarify any license and GEMA fees.
data protection
- Your personal data will be treated confidentially by me and I will not pass them on to third parties.
- I use your contact details exclusively for communication as part of the DJ service.
